The newly purchased vehicles must be strongly insured at the designated maintenance station according to the time limit stipulated by the vehicle manufacturer. In addition, according to the following requirements for maintenance:

1. Daily maintenance

A. before or after driving for 8 hours every day, stop the vehicle for maintenance and check the fastening of bolts and nuts at the connection parts.

2. First-level maintenance

After every 2000Km (the first time for a new car is mandatory maintenance)

B. Clean the inner cavity of reducer housing and bridge housing.

C. Check the fastening of each connection bolt of the reducer assembly.

D. Replace hyperbolic gear oil SAE90 (gl-5).

E. Adjust brake clearance and air chamber push rod stroke.

F. Add no.2 lithium base grease to each grease nozzle of the air brake.

3. Secondary maintenance

After every 5000Km.

A. items listed in primary maintenance.

B. Disassemble and inspect the cleaning fluid brake and pump.

C. After disassembly, check and clean the hub bearing, add no.2 lithium-base grease, and adjust the bearing clearance as required.

D. inspect and maintain the main reducer assembly.

E. clean vent plug.

4. Tertiary maintenance

After every 10000Km.

A. items listed in the first and second level maintenance.

B. Disassemble and inspect the main reducer and differential, adjust the preload force of cone bearing, and adjust the meshing clearance and meshing mark of the bevel gear if necessary.

C. Check the wear of brake pad. If the wear of brake pad exceeds the limit, the pair of brake pads must be replaced immediately.
